you think youre being patient, they have my car . But in all seriousness I dont mind it though cause its for a good cause. The sooner they can get it debugged the sooner I have a tuned car and you guys can get tuned as well.

The latest update is that I dropped the car off again yesterday mid-day and Mike contacted me today saying they are having the same problem not being able to flash the ecu. I'm letting them hang onto the car till monday which hopefully they can get it worked out by. On a side note, even with these hiccups along the rode mike and the guys he works with have been great guys to keep in touch with. Definitely A+ on the customer service that they give. Hopefully I can give the tune the same grade on monday, haha.

Did they explain why they couldn't get into the ECU? I wonder why the 6MT ECU would be set up differently than the automatic since it seems they were able to do that right away.

Well I believe, and may be wrong, is that even though we both have v6 stangs we dont have the same ECU's. I know that at least with the 2000 models there are a few different ECU codes you could have, therefore that may be the case now. With all that said I've got the RUZ8 coded ecu and maybe this particular model is causing more problems then others.

Where do you look on an '11 for the code? I searched and only found info for the older cars.

haha, ya i had a hard time finding it but first you need to pop your hood. find your ecu here

and then on the silver ECU, look at the bottom of the front side of the ECU. It may need a flashlight to see it but itll be there on a sticker as a 4 character code.

Just went and shuffled some cars around on the dyno, strapped the manual V6 down, and pulled the '11 GT500 all the way up to it for some 'motivation'....

(Having a blacked out V6 and an all black GT500 with black wheels is making the shop a popular place today )

LOL, I feel the same way!!

These wheels are bad ***, and would be a great upgrade to any V6 or GT, especially in the black finish.
