I assume you are looking at the kits for the 05-09 GT and/or V6? The only reason I say that is because you didn't post what year/model your car was and they are both that price(for the GT and V6) so I assume you have one of those.



Either way, you are looking at the two best first modifications to do to any EFI car and you should be VERY satisfied with the performance increase, should you purchase one of those kits. As far as power gains, it will depend upon what model you have and what octane gasoline you decide to be tuned for.

Post your year/model/octane you will be running and I can give you a better idea of what you're looking at!

On your '06 V6, if you were to run the 93 octane race tune you can expect to see 20-30whp depending upon where you live(altitude/temperature/etc.).
