Ok so I really need to get my Mustang tuned.. I'm running a 2003 PI motor swapped in my 96 GT.. I need to get my car tuned but the problem is.. MONEY IS TIGHT lol. I can't freakin afford a $300 tune right now. I have a SCT tuner that came with the car. But IDK how to load a custom tune to it.. Any help????? My mods are in my sig.. thanks! =)

 

Is the SCT tuner unlocked or is it locked to your car? If so, you just need a tune to load to it. You can buy a email tune from place like Brenspeed, AM, Blow By Racing, for about $75 for a single n/a tune usually. You send em all the specs on your car, they write you a custom tune and email it to you, you download it into your computer, plug the SCT in and download it to the SCT unit, then upload to the car via the SCT.

Although in your case, you MIGHT need a dyno tune. You will just have to ask the tuners if they can write you a email tune or not with your specific setup.
