stock SCT tuner

I have a sct tuner from my last 2011 mustang(unmarried from it)
Can I use it on my new 2013 mustang without a custom tune?
Change max speed or tire size?

Only if it has the same PCM code and modifications.

Otherwise, you would want to get a new tune.

Let me know if I can get you a Steeda custom tune for it.
