Default At what point should I consider a tuner?

The only mods I am really considering for my 07 GT is CAI and exhaust system. I may do headers, but not 100% yet. Either way at this point I am just looking at doing a BBK CAI, but if I am only doing a CAI right now should I even worry about a tuner or wait until I get everything done then a tuner after the fact?

Would I even really need a tuner? I have thought about replacing the intake and throttle body, but I know if I get into doing those mods I wouldn't get much out of them without doing a tune.

Thoughts? Advice?

I forgot to include for the exhaust I am considering doing cutouts. I must put some different mufflers on the car, but the cutouts would be used occasional for fun.

Wasn't sure if that would make a difference in the advice or not.
