I have an SCT X3 (3000) tuner I had originally purchased from BAMA before they teamed up with AM. I used this on a vehicle I previously owned, I've since returned that car back to stock and sold. I recently purchased some new tunes for my 2012 GT. All of my software & firmware on the device is up date but, I'm getting an "invalid file for device" error when I go to try loading the tune on to my device. I've already spoken with both BAMA & SCT both about the issue and we couldn't get to the bottom of what was causing this. Since my tuner is out of warranty, I will ultimately have to get a replacement.

Any one else have a similar experience with their tuner?

 

OP-That's no good-Shoot me a PM with your order number or contact info so I can track this down and I'll see to it that we have this replaced for you no questions asked
