You could always get the 4.2 with a 3.9 crank and end up with 4.3L big bore....redline has one readymade
a 3.9 crank in a 4.2 block = 3.9L the only diference would be a sligh increase in cubic inches over the 3.9L block bechause the 4.2 has a 3.81bore and the 3.9 has a 3.80bore

4.2crank=3.74"
3.9crank=3.46"

there is no way ading a 3.9 crank will give you a 4.3 even if you bore the block .060" you are talking about a 25 cubic inch difference to make up with boring? it ain't gonna happen
my bad..I read one thing then went dyslexic. You can make hte 3.8 into a 4.0 With a 3.9 crank...check the link and look at the options... http://rpm-mustangs.com/cart/product...cat=281&page=1
yeah that sounds better

i was like damn 03YellowPony know's better than that
I was tired...I need to get more sleep..what can I say...
