anyone know of a flash tuner that will work on a 91 so far the oldest i can find is for a 96. any help is appriciated

umm no, its for a ODB II port which they didnt have befor 199?

You will need a chip instead. SCT or HyperTech will have them..well other's will to, but those are the most reputable
