I was looking into changing my auto to a manual, and I know that i can buy a tranny for like $250, I just dont know how much it would cost after that to get it changed. Generally speaking, how much does it cost to change it? If anybody even knows, i doubt it is performed a lot

 

just trade a auto for a manual v6, itd save a lotta money and hassle.

 

get a shift kit with full manual valve bodies for all gears, a torque convertor, and some rear end gears instead it will be cheaper and faster

 

Either do all of the above or sell the car and get a manual, unless the car holds some type of sentimental value, sell it and get a new car with a manual.

 

You're looking at in the neighborhood of $1200 to do the swap. I did mine, and love it.
