ok im buying a new exhaust system and for the headers its asking me Shorties with air injection or w/o air injection which one is better for a 2000 six banger plzz help

im saying without. what need is there for them, you are seeing them on less and less cars that keep getting more power

Look at your exhaust manifolds. If they have little tubes on each runner, you have air injection. The tubes should be right on each tube right after where the manifolds connect to the heads.
