When I brake often my steering wheel will shake quite a bit, enough to know something is definitely wrong, so does anyone know why this would be? My alignment is off a little bit and my tires havent been rotated in a while...

 

Your rotors may be warped. Pull your wheels off on check your pads and rotors. Look for uneven wear.
