Would it work if I got an H-pipe and then a GT cat back from flowmaster?

Cat bach is the name of the system, which would have what you need, If you go catless the catback exhaust system will still be what you need, also a GT takeoff, adaptor and some flow 40's will prolly be cheaper

ehh sorry exhaust isnt really my thing, i wouldnt see why it would workim pretty sure it would actually but if worse comes to worse it may need to be fabricated a little to fit but dont quote me on that.

Actually the 99-04 stangs are ready for true duals, the 94-98 should be too, either way it can be done, I jus dont know what brands deal with 94-98 6ers

Look at a set of Flowmaster Delta 40s, and go to a muffler shop and have them put it on. Thats what i did, it sounds GREAT. Best $570 thats ever been spent, and that included installation and hangers, everything, haha.

You forgot to mention what your set up is. 570 sounds expensive for mufflers[:-]

they only make them in one package (usually called GT catback)

you just need the proper H or X pipe to complete the system for a 6er since you dont have dual exhaust to begin with.
