I have a few questions about all this:

1) Can the venerable 3.8 V6 handle 11 psi without compromising longevity?

2) Do you have the standard 7.5 rear or an 8.8? Do they make many rear end parts for the 7.5?

I'm curious, that's all. I don't mess around with the V6s all that often.

You need to worry less about a supercharger at this point.
+1.

You should most defintely be concerned with getting your engine, suspension, brakes, etc up to par before you go with a Procharger.

If i get a procharger 11 psi and new gears prob 4.10's or 3.73 and dual exhaust and possibly some gauges to be safe is that all i really need, will i need to put any more BIG cash into this car to keep it running. will it run fine and do good with just that

Yea it will run fine, but I would get a tuner just to tinker with the ecu to make everything smooth and perfect, especially after the gear swap.
