door panel removal
hey guys, i have a blown drivers side door speaker, how do u get it out? im assuming you have to take the whole panel off, but how, i don't want to break anything lol. And btw what size are the door speakers?

the easy question: the speakers are 6X8.
and the easy but long one: yes you do have to remove the door panel but it is really easy. first, remove the little window switch panel thing "blue thing in the pic" by puting a key or anything in the little slot at the top of it and carefuly prying it out. next remove the screws holding the switches to the panel and set the panel aside. there are 2 screws that you can see now that you need to remove with a philips head screwdriver. after those are removed, there is a small plastic push pin at the botom of the door on the front side. (around the corner from your speaker). pry that out. now carefully lift up then pull out on the door panel. it may take a little bit to get it loose but it should pop right off. you will then see the screws for the speakers and im sure you can figure it out from there.
