Default Brake?

Sup! Hey my name is Justin, and i drive a 2000 v6, silver with true duals. I ve had my mustang for almost a year now and just recently the brakes have been acting up. The problem is when i press the brake slightly i dont hear anything and there are no weird sounds while i driving. THe only problematic sound i hear is when i apply the brakes to the floor there is this really horrific grinding sound! I assume it is just a bad break pad but i thought it wouldn't hurt to ask....

GET YOUR BRAKES CHECKED...Sounds like you may be getting REALLY close to metal to metal...if not already there...

If this has been going on for a while you will most likely have to have ur rotors turned or replaced, if you do go with this kit.... Mustangtuning.com, I did this conversion and I am very happy with it, I got it from a friend of his cobra for free and all I had to do was get the rotors turned....

if you can feel the grinds when u apply the brakes, that means ur hittin metal on metal. most brake pads are engineered to squeak when they start getting low. so if ur hearing and feeling a grind, stop driving on that and get that checked out asap.
