I've asked this before but here it goes again...

...Do I need th swap out the shocks and struts when lowering (for exmple with the roush kit)
It's NOT necessary. On a car as old as yours, it is advisable. I autocrossed with my stock struts and shocks with NO ill effect. NONE WHATSOEVER.

a 99 gt is the same height stock as an 01 v6, if anything those springs will raise your front end more becaus they dont have the weight of a v8 in the front.

www.mustangtuning.com sells some springs that drop the front 1 1/8th of an inch up front and 3/4 of an inch in the rear for 139.99 with free shipping.

If i get these, will i need cc plates? If i dont get cc plates what are the negative effects?
