Default part identification

I have a 1997 V6.

When under my car at the back and looking at the gas tank (passenger side is to my right), I see a large pipe attached to the gas tank (this pipe is about 3 inches thick) and it runs to the side of it.

Well, that peice is leaking fuel and it also looks like the gasket is cracked and fuel may be leaking from there too. Also I see a little slit near the bottom of the tank (which is supposed to be there you can tell) and there seems to be fuel leaking from there too.

I filled up my gas tank this morning to the fullest, and noticed a faint smell of gas but just thought it was coming from the pump. Anyways its not leaking alot just a small amount about the size of a small plate was under my car after driving it to work and sitting all day.

So my questions are, can someone id that large pipe that seems to be a main source of the leak, and does anyone know any good quickfix tips for this or am i going to have to fork up the money i dont really have to get it fixed %100 proper?

Thanks
