doh! well shiat cause most companies dont cover any of there products that where sold on ebay so they probably wont send you a booklet do to the fact you didnt buy it directly from them or one of there major "sellers" or whatever there called. Try what 006banger said and thats about your best bet.

i called SCT they said that when i change the stuff it is changeing it from what the pretune was. So that sounds like i could end up messing something up.

That's both true and not true. When you install the tune, you can then change things to enhance the tune. You will only be changing SOME things, not all.
And if you mess something up, you can always reinstall the factory tune and start over.

Your best bet? And I know someone is gonna say diferent, but if you don't know what you are doing, take it in and get a dyno tune. They can put your car on a dyno, and tweak it to get the best possible tune. BUT, beware. It can cost a bundle. Up to $500.00.

go to the sct website and it'll have a bunch of FAQ's.

my tuner didn't come with any instructions worth mentioning. just like a five page booklet on how to plug it in to the car and in to the computer.

you just need some of these v6 guys to tell you what they found as good points. there's no "manual" for that.
