Just wanted to let everyone know I've enjoyed reading your post for some time now and have gained a vast amount of info from this site.. now for my questions-

I have a 01 3.8 4.10's auto -- A) How much HP can I recap from lowering my rotational mass??
What kind of driveshaft would you recommend? (Brand\Material) Same for Flywheel.

B) Also, considered installing a TCI 3000 is this advised; cam specs 235/230?

Aluminum maybe? Thats what I see on TV all the time. I couldnt tell you a brand though.

 

I think I'm going to get a spec flywheel and FMS driveshaft; any thoughts?

 

Aluminum flywheel, and aluminum driveshaft, but if you can afford it, then see about carbon fiber driveshafts, they won't add that much more hp over aluminum, but their a 100% stronger.

 

Just to be **** about the situation.....Aluminum drive shaft or Flywheel won't add HP just frees it up from the crank! Just like addin gears!

sorry that was the spec flywheel they carried. i'm not sure if they still carry it
