If that picture shows everything you got, and nothing else, then you are missing another silicon sleve. There is one to connect the MAF to a tube and a tube to the throttle body. Just FYI if this is the case.

If you get EBAY CAI do some of them come with C.A.R.B. sticker and if not is it legal to buy one? , EBAY CAI I ordered from ebay had a cost of 120 with shipping with K&N filter. Is it fine if I just purchase the carb sticker?

Can't. It HAS to come with the CAI. Every CARB sticker (sometimes they're even a bolted on plate) is recorded and filed specifically to that intake. If it doesn't have it, it's illegal. You may be able to fool some people IF you can get ahold of one, but if you get a cop who wants to inspect it, he may run the product number. If it comes up showing something different than what you have, it may be more than a fix-it ticket...

It depends on where you live if its illegal or not. Fortunatly for me, any car that is 96 or newer doesnt need a CARB to be used on streets, just needs the MAF...So basicly for me, if I pass inspection, Im fine. Just do some research to find out for you.
