Just a few questions/concerns about my stang
To start, my car is a 98, it was in a horrible accident and was sent out to pasture at the impound for two years, after it being bought and salvaged it sat in a garage for 2 more years still has a little less than mild problems (though it has less than 75k miles and is in need of a tune up besides the problem.)
After taking a good look at my car, it appears to be leaning hard on the drivers side front, i dunno if a really big guy decided to live in the car or what before i bought it, but what can i do? It had to be repaired (after a human body went through the front end) although it did pass the Washington State Patrols requirements for rebuilt/salvaged vehicles. So my first question, do i need new suspension?
Also dont know if this is related to my suspension problem but... while driving at freeway speed my steering wheel seems to wobble (once again the whole Class 3 Felon problem i assume.) but the car still has handling as good as a stock mustang gets anyway.
Third, once again im sure this problem is related to the rest, but the turn signals are rather stubborn, i have to hold them between each side (though occastionally they decide to work) they remind me of an old TV set in which you had to hold the antenne in the right spot for a clear picture to show, if i dont hold them while i turn they sometimes decide to not work, i bought a new flasher.. and that didnt help so i figure it has to do with the switch and wiring.
Finally, When driving a strange mud or oil like liquid? i assume sprays across my passanger side, though not my drivers side, dunno if its just mud from my wheels and they need to be cleaned or if i need to check out my tubing. It doesnt leak anything on my driveway so im kind of consfused as to its origins. Under the hood, the fire blanket thing is covered with what seems like some sort of dirt, similar im assuming to my passanger side spray, it feels damp and is easily wiped away to reveal a thick dirt type liquid as well. once again my car doesnt leak at all.
Im no mechanic, or car expert so i figure i let those of you who are might beable to lend some help. If needed i can take pictures of my problem and get some visuals in there if any of this is confusing (which im sure it is)
I would really appreciate any and all help, i cant really afford shop fees as of yet

mmm...one question, why buy a car with a salvage title? Okay it's dirt cheap but then to fix it it will cost you mega bucks...

lol, im 16 thats why i got a cheap car, its drivable and i love it as if it were... well i dont have any children but its sort of like that. but sounds like, look in a junkyard for a turn signal, and then have the alignment problem checked out..
But what about the strange spray, any thoughts, just dirt and grim? kuz like i said there arent any leaks.
