I'd say 25% is a safe to go with and wont get pulled over for..but why do you have 25 on the front and 35 on the back? just wondering bc usually people get darker on the back than on the front bc its legal to have it darker on the back..atleast im pretty sure. But i think 5% is pushing it quite a bit in a car..it looks clean as hell but pretty illegal.

dont waste the cash redoing it unless you have a reason to. most inspection places wont care and worst case scenario, if a cop gives you a ticket, it's a fix it ticket.

If you need to pass an inspection simply roll your windows down...
Down here they don't care at all. I turn my car on, they see if it starts, I turn my blinkers and hazards on, press the brakes, turn on the headlights and I am done.
