Default TIRES SQUAKING SOUND

I just got this Mustang 97, and it is fun to drive it, but I notice that makes squaking sound every time I turn. The speed can be 5mp or 25mp. The sound is because the rubber of the tire has a lot friction with asfault. I thouth that sound was produce only a high speed, but this car makes all the time no matter the speed that I am driving.
This sound is annoying because people look at me like if I am learning how to drive.
If anyone has some ideas how to fix this problem I will appreciate your help

Worn out springs or shocks won't cause that problem.
