Default Catted X pipes


Guys, help me out- got magnaflow cat backs so thought I might as well get x-pipe w/cats...can you suggest some other than " Pypes " for 2000 v6 ?

actually, sorry about that. I wasn't paying attention. Yeah I had searched for an alternative as well (for my own car) and I 'Think' flowmaster or borla do make one but it was like 500 just for the catted X. Do you have experience with the Pypes system?

I don't get why they're all H since H doesn't sound as good and actually performs worse at higher RPM.

Naw I don't, but honestly they ( Pypes ) kinda look ratty - I know it don't matter what they look like- and cheap, prone to rusting out...I thought I could find better quality to hook up to the Magnaflow ( Magnaflow doesn't seem to have them for V6 ).

the first link has a custom H pipe for gt takeoffs or any gt catback...where does this mount to....right after the stock cats?

mounts right after the stock cats. you cut the y pipe and they weld up to the leftover pieces of the y pype. that give you pretty much the same set up as the gts have.
