when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd...2nd gear likes to pop out... doesnt ever happen shifting from 1st to second just downshifting 3rd to 2nd. Any one know what it could be?

also...i just installed a short throw (wasnt the problem, still did it with my original shifter) and i hear a weird noise only when im accelerating... i dont know how to expalin it but if anyone knows what im talking about please share your input.

 

Did you install it yourself, or have a trans shop do it? It could be something wrong your gear box. Also, how many miles on your car?
