Tune up - do it yourself, you'll need oil, spark plugs, oil filter, and a good old air filter cleaning, also check the radiator fluid, tranny fluid, power steering fluid, and break fluid
Headers - worthless on a stock sixer
cam - around $200 + the price of an install, but is almost worthless unless you have your intake ported, and your heads ported and rebuilt.

essentially if you dont have more air flowing into the engine(CAIs dont count) you wont have more exhaust leaving it so stock headers are fine. however if you have a decent increase in air flow aftermarket headers would be a decent investment.
