Default misfire

I'm having a fairly sever cylinder 1 misfire. I've replaced the plugs and wires, changed the fuel filter, changed the pcv valve, replaced the camshaft sensor, and repaired an exhaust leak. What are some other possibilities for the causation of this problem?
