i got the antenna delete, just a little metal bullet that replaces the antenna.

i still get the radio station i usually listen to, 93ROCK

but 99.9% i plug in my ipod so its great-looks awesome.

 

cut mine at the roof line and the nearest station in 45min away in another state and I still pick it up fine. its about a 14 in

 

Use some plyers to pop the tip off...then use a dremel to cut it, to the height of your roof...get some good super glue to glue the tip back on and then maybe re-paint it...thats wat i did ...it saved money...looks and works great...

Eh, if i do anything to make it shorter im going to buy a new one. I hate doing those home "arts and crafts" projects. ID rather spend the money and/or get it done proffesionally then make something out of superglue and a dremel. I mean, im not saying its a stupid or bad idea. Iv just always been one to preffer quality and perfection despite the cost

 

trust me man i did it and you would never be able to tell the difference....and its easy. i think this falls in the same category as you wanting to get a bypass valve....i think that was u?

 

Yup, it was. Alright well, im probably just going to end up getting the full delete, but well see how things go. Il deffinitally keep your idea in mind however.
