i was wondering how many pounds of boost i could run safely on my stock motor
and how big of a shot of Nitrous could i run safely on my stock motor

 

11 psi procharger, 14 psi turbo, 100 shot of nitrous, even though SSM is running a 125 shot and justin at vmp is running 17 psi turbo

 

so is 11 to 14 psi or 100 shot really pushing and hurting the motor

DD= daily driven, meaning it is still 100% streetable and not just a weekend ride. Aboot 13-14psi on the stock internals is consdered safe for DD use and track abuse. You can get more than 11psi out of a procharger though, and id personally rather be supercharged for reliability reasons. But turbos are nice.....

Your lucky, you purchased one of the best engines ford has ever made. I know it doesnt produce a lot of power out the door, but add some boost, nitrous, and internals, and that car WILL LAST FOREVER.
