i was thinking of getting headers but would it be a noticeable gain for a v6? they run about 300-450 and about 20 hp but idk if its true horsepower or if i would get that much. helpppp please!!!

You would get a couple hp at most. No where near 20. They arent worth it unless you're going to add a power pack or forced induction.

Hell, GTs only get like 8 or so rwhp, I'd love to know where that got this magical 20+ rwhp from.

They probably dyno a stock car, then throw a supercharger on it and dyno with stock manifold, then throw the headers and see the difference.
