how can i get my engine clean?

 

wash it
dry it

 

just spray some degreaser on it, spray it down with a high pressure wash, making sure you dont wet any electrical components. Then you can polish the parts. Like rubber hoses and plastic parts with like armorall or sumthin. easily done. just takes a while to make sure all the grease is gone.

 

what electrical components should i not get wet

 

well if there not supposed to get wet can you tell me how they stay dry in the rain since the underside of your car is totally open

They are designed to come in contact with water obviously because of rain, but because they are in fact electrical components of your vehicle you should just take those plastic grocery or anything and put it around

-the alternator
-coilpack
-air intake if its not in the fenderwall or if you have your air silencer removed

 

there arent many electrical components near the bottom of the engine bay. theyre on top for the most part. and they dry off quickly anyways because of the high temp in the engine bay.

 

Use some polish

 

common guys i know i was just kiddn around but i hose my engine alternator coil pack and everything else and i wash it someimes too if your gonna rinse it leave it runnin but if you hand wash it turn it off then after your don e l;et it dry then start it up and take er for a ride

 

he says leave it running but dont run the F*** out of it then expect to wash the motor with cold water because you will crack the block and the you will be F***ed
