ebay would probably be your best bet, and you may or may not have to re-align them depending on several things. it isn't real hard so i wouldn't worry about it.

mine were ebay after market and didnt need to be aligned. jsut line up to a wall with ur lights on and there two screw adjusters on the back sides of each light. just turn them with a philips bit untill they are aligned where u need them. the adjusters are straight down when u look at the lights from the top

Just be careful to not have any gaps between the front pointed part of the front fender and the black rubber seal on the headlight assembly unit. My passenger headlight assembly unit got this type of gap that I'm talking about after the headlight was taken off my car to repair the front bumper. When they put the headlight unit back into its place, a gap appeared. And the bodyshop has not been successful making the gap disappear after me making 3 visits to them. And I have OEM factory Ford headlight assembly units.
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you take off your headlight units, you may have the same problem that I do with getting a gap between the headlight assembly unit and the front pointed part of the front fender and then be unable to solve the gap problem like me.
