Get an ASP UD Pulley. Save the rest of your cash and buy a Detroit Tru Trac, 3.73's, and a Diablo Tuner all at one time. Look to spend about 700 Parts, 300 Labor, and at least 300 on the tuner. Well worth it though.

port and polish that intake so you can actually get some use out of that throttle body.
gears & lsd would definitely be worth it, but considering you already have a TB installed and its not doing anything as of yet, port that intake so you can get that workin for you.
