As was said previously check out the suspension front and rear. It sounds like you may not be mechanically inclined so I think you need to see a pofessional. It will cost you but you are flerting with disaster otherwise. It sounds like you have been lucky not to have creamed someone else.

Don't want to hear of your smashup.

it could be 2 thing or it could be both

1 i believe its called transfer of energy or transfer of weight when you takeoff all the weight is pushed to the back of the car giving front less weight intern giving less control but even worse when you try to slow down quickly and turn at the same time all the weight go to the front of the car and their is little over the rear and the rear end wants to come around called over steer

2 you have a rear suspension problem the rear axle has been hit before and bent a control arm ore something and the axle is not sitting exactly straingt so the car is pulling just a little u cant notice it until u break then it will loose all the weight off the rear end and the pull will whip the rear end arround like u were saying

before u sell the car get some one to align the hole car even the rear axle not just the front

also when the car spins out or as u say it fishtails which side does it spin to driver or passenger if its the alignment it probably spins out the same way most of the time

also slow down before u get to the turns not while ur trying to turn
