umm its not gonna be pretty........... i've raced my friend single port and he had exhaust, and intake, andhe is pretty good stick driver, and i still killed him and im an auto

2000 v6 190hp 220tq ---3.27 gears
1998 v6150hp 215tq ---2.73 gears

so..one would think it could be interesting...

Probably the better driver. Since you are both manuals it really comes down to the driver. If both are you are equaly as good, then he'll smoke your ***. If you're really good, and he just flat *** sucks, then you'll probably win.

99-04 3.8L V6 Manual: 0-60 in approx 7.4-8.2sand 1/4 mile in 15.4-16.0s
96-98 3.6L V6 Manual : 0-60 in approx 9.2s and 1/4 mile in approx 16.2-16.8s

These times arevery driver pending, if the driver sucks, then they will be worse, if he's really really good, then they could be better.

there both auto, and my engine is in a lot of better condition than his, also he sucks at driving

you cant suck that bad at driving in an auto. becuase you are both auto, he will probably kill you.

Nope, and you'll loose against both of them. Auto 94-98s are terribly slow.

now this depends...id say it'd be a close race there were two engines offered, a 170hp and a 125 hp. but this is like 500lbs lighter. but it might be a close race tho.
