Now if you do plan on getting say 275+ horsepower at the rear wheels at any given point, I'd buy a Detroit Tru Trac from www.drivetrainspecialists.com . If you're just looking to do minor mods on your car, a T-Lok will be perefectly fine.
taylor0987 on 3.8 broke his tlok on a 5k clutch drop with 212 rw ft/lbs

Okay guys.. time to bump a reallyold tread. lol

Where would be the best place to purchase 4.10, t-lock and the bearing kit.
They dont all have to be from the same place, just looking for the cheapest and the most reliable companies/websites.

I've appreciated all your help so far, and hopefullyI can finally get this done.

Thanks again guys.

Rob.

193 at the crank. Anywhere between 155-170ish at the wheels, depending on if it's auto or manual.

getting an 8.8 would not be a bad idea if you could find a full rear end somewhere that wasnt too expinsive. they are really pricy fora used part. the 8.8 t-lok is stronger than the 7.5 so it will hold up a lot better than the t-lok. that and you could have a shop install the gears w/ the rear end off the car then put it up there to make it a little easier. either detroit or getting an 8.8 will probably cost about the same. its up to you really. americanmuscle.com has most of what you need.
