Trans help
Since I was snowed in up here in maine today, i did some thinking about what to do with the stang-
Decided not to do new rims, and just upgrade the stereo and fix a couple problems i found over the summer(or yesterday, my horn shorted out or froze[:@]). But the one thing i wanted is a stick. Its my first car, so im attached to her. But i came across this ad on 3.8 for the parts for a swap, and its in my prIce range. heres the exact ad:
"I have a 48,000 mile (approx) T-5 swap. It is complete as far as I could tell. Original clutch, driveshaft, inner and outer shifter boot, original shifter, pedals, console insert, cable, adjuster, I am sure there is more and you can have it all. It all came out of the same car which was wrecked. I didn't part it myself but I saw the car it came out of and the drivetrain wasn't effected. It was a 2004. I bought a tailshaft and speedo drive gear to adapt this to my 1998, but I never installed them, and I plan on unloading the car now so I won't ever use it. The winner can have both tailshaft housings if they want them. I paid $500 for the swap and an extra $100 for the tailshaft."
From the sounds of it, what should i ask about? and what parts should i look to get, or think about before doing this?
Oh, and also- Ive done searches on this. i know ill need a new computer from a manual mustang, because of the limiters. And trading isnt really an option.

I had a dyno tuner go in and delete the automatic transmission control functions from my stock PCM. (94 GT)
Works great and was easier than swapping PCMs and wiring.
