ya. i have one 10w0 in my stang with a 100 watt rms rockfordfosgate amp in a sealed .625 cubic foot box and it hits pretty hard. i will deffenently say that you will need some sound insullation such as dynamatt or some other brand for your trunk or else it will rattle like crazy. go the thier website and check them out. jl audio
the are the best quality brand.

Just make sure that whatever amp you get that you get a 4 channel amp, don't F up like I did and get a 2 channel. 600W or better is a decent amp.

a jl 500/1 would be ideal but are very expensive. if you can find a used one on craigslist.org or somethin that would be ideal.

hifonics
kicker
jl audio
rockford fosgate
alpine
premier by pioneer

all make good amps especially the first four

p.s. i always forget about premier by pioneer bu they are very good quality, but they are more for competition. you should stick with the 10w1's

what a four channel amp for two subs, as jack black would say, your crazzy

you can use a mono block amp witch only has one set of outputs then... just go here...subwoofer wiring diagram
just click on how many subs you want the impeadence of the sub and it will show you how.

4 channel: 2 channels to run max power on your subs, and the other two for the left and right side speakers in the car, to put it simply, your stereo unit will just not be powerful enough to sustain even a modest system.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT get 12" subs. They are too large for the airspace in the trunk of a Mustang, anda pain to install because of their size, 10" subs will be more than enough to turn heads.

Hey, if you want to save some dough, go to cardomain.com and go to their shop and then go to audio and boom, select what you want. I'd look into a kenwood, pioneer, eclipse, or clarion stereo unit,

eclipse speakers, kenwood and polk audio are good too,

and kenwood, eclipse, jbl, rockford, or clarior 4 channel amp, get your subs from mobil one (JL Audio) although eclipse, kenwood, and polk audio are good as well

Don't forget to get a 4 gauge power cable kit.

Hell they have such good deals going on that I may just go ahead and get me my 4 channel amp and lcd stereo unit, or at least a new stereo unit because my Sony is almost fried.
