Default Mello-Tone exhaust?

i was checking around for an exhaust today and a guy was telling me about a brand of mufflers called mello tone. he said they are great for the v6 and there supposedly better than the flow master because its more solid and fully welded instead of tacked like the flow master (the inside i talkin) so my question is has anyone heard of it and if so is it any good?

i thik i have heard the name. and since nothing is more poorly constructed than flowmasters, they are at least something to look into. BTW, cherry bomb mufflers has a new chambered muffler that is really good

300 is a little bit high...see if you can get it down just a bit. its not too bad though. that seems like an alright price for everything installed. sounds like they are simmilar to force pros

I think if flowmaster was so poorly constructed, they wouldn't have been around for so long. My advice is spend the money to get the good stuff for your stang. You will regret getting something just because it was cheaper. There are somethings you should just spend the good money on.
