Like Jugador said, make sure all your grease zerts are good. A tie rod will drive you insane...

You say when you drive by people they laugh... im assuming it does it while youre going straight also? check your pads and rotors.. mine did that too...kinda squeak, kinda not..had to be going slowwww...might be wrong but wont hurt to check it
What was wrong with your pads and rotors to make that noise? I noticed if I press the brakes when I hear the noise, then it goes away. I dont have to press the brakes hard, just barely tap them and the noise goes away.
just check to see if they arent wore down/grinding a little/ digging rings into your rotors... mine started off when i slowed down and turned the wheel a little, ended up having a pretty effed up rotor, and no brake pad left on one side.... new pads fixed it tho
