Default More power?

Im lookin to get a little more power out of the ol' 6banger any suggestions? Not looking to spend a ****-ton but if its definitely worth it i will, i have a CAI and im looking to put an M90 charger on, i have a spare motor lying in my garage andim goin to start tinkering with the internals (cam, pistons, rockers, conecting rods etc., possibly bore n stroke but i dont know how much$$ that would be), any suggesstions on what to buy?? alsoi dont beleive in nitrous, Nitrous is like a hot girl with an STD. You want to hit it, but you are afraid of the consequences.

if you're going to be forging the engine, why not get a supercharger or turbo that can take advantage of that? the m90 isn't the most efficient.

as nanaki said an M90 is not that great. they run hot and are inefficient. a vortech or www.tmaturbo.com turbo kit will make more power at less boost. you can get an all forged stroker kit from www.supersixmotorsports.com for a good price. you can't really bore out an Essex engine, from what i have heard, more than .040' over. a properly tuned nitrous kit will not give you any problems until you run out, then you have to buy more.
