a friend and me both have mustangs he has a Fox body 1988 SVO its a four banger with a decent turbo on it.

i have a stock 95 v6..

what would i have to put into my car to beat or be a drivers race with him on the track

First off, they didnt make SVO's in '88. Its probably an '86. A stock SVO is as fast as a stock fox GT. They stopped making the SVO because it was too much competition for the V-8 cars. As for "the track", if its a road race course, youll need A LOT of suspension mods to keep up with the SVO. SVO's have damn near perfect 50/50 weight split.
As for drag racing, youll get em off the line but he'll probably reel you in pretty quick.

it is an Svo i made up the year its late 80s though. but im 100 percent sure its a 4 banger with a turbo. its not a v8.

and i should have mentioned its a drag race. what mods would i need to keep up with him, im bone stock right now
