lol, you certainly don't need to remove the windows. I took mine to a shop to have it done, but I know for a fact they didn't remove any glass.

Yes you don't need to remove any glass. [8D]

You have to make sure your windows are very clean first so it sticks then slowly apply the tint and smooth it out...but I would have it professionally done.

mustang961222, the tint itself is way too sticky to put on by itself, so its easy, this is all you need to do:

cut the tint so it goes over, doesnt have to be accurate at all, then when you put it on stick it in so it kinda stays, then cut it a lil more accurately...then you need a solution of distilled water (half gal) and 1 tbsp. of a soap solution(tint-on), or you can just use some kind of soap solution, spray alotttt on the window and the sticky side of the tint, then paste the tint on and move it around until its accurate, do any necessary cuts on the outside and then use a squeegee(sp.?) type thing , to push the water out the sides, keep doing it for a while and then it should dry... not too hard at all, me and my friend did that very quickly,. try doing the back windows with 3 tint pieces.. lol gonna try tomorrow.

shoulda taken it to a place. at least if it gets messed up, any reputable place will warranty their work and fix anything wrong with it. call a place up and see how much it would be if you brought in your own tint. maybe it'll only be like $100 for install with your own tint.

Wow, thats actually cheap...

So, now you spent 50 bucks on do-it-yourself crap tint and still need a professional to do it...

Trust me, take it to a professional. Some friends and I (Well, I watched with my girlfriend and a bunch of her friends) put tint on one of my friends trucks ...

It's all bubbly . Serves him right for not taking it to a shop like I did!
