car show ideas
Car show season coming around, i wanna do more than just park the car there. Im thinkin of doin like a display of some kind. Anyone have good ideas aside from the norm of putting trophies in front of the car... Kinda like to dress up the scene that its parked. Cmon all yall have been to lotsa car shows gimme some suggestions.
DRESS UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Engine bay and interior dress ups go a long way, but word of advice would be to remove them after shows, because as I'm learning, they are an absolute pain to upkeep. Work on the car, bang, they get scratched, pop the hood after a nice drive, bang, they're dirty as hell. Interiors you can/should leave on, but keep the underhood dress ups in packages in the trunk or rear seat for shows only.
Kind of costly, but will deffinitly turn heads.

Yes, it is very expensive to do all this, but you could have an other wise stock car, and sweep shows in your class with just these mods, becuase as long as it's clean, well upkept, and flows well color wise, you'll deffinitly turn heads. See http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/, http://www.hosetechniques.com/, http://www.uprproducts.com/,http://www.autobadges.com/, http://www.mgwltd.com/, and http://www.showstang.com/. Those are about your best sites for some serious dress up ideas.

1. Fake dog statue peeing on the tire
2. Baby doll leaning on the car
3. Photo album of mod process
4. Poster board of specs and mods
5. Scale model of a car like yours sitting on the intake manifold
Those are the most common that I see.
