yes when you order make sure its for a 7.5 rear end and the difference between gears is how many times the wheel spins to make the driveshaft spin once

I think you should do a 373 on a v6. If it was a v8 then 410. You can use the same rearend. A tuner will not fix the speedomoter problem my man! You have to buy that calibrator. I may be wrong but i am pretty sure.
the tuner will fix it. you can program in different gear sizes and it will fix it. how else do you think the guys with the automatics do it? i would actually go 4.10...i dont have gears but hey, if your gonna do it why not go all out.
the 7.5" rear end will work just fine. you will want to buy the gears for the 7.5...alot of places carry them. americanmuscle does. and you will want a ford tlok or a posi unit.

i would go with 4.10s, however, mpsautosalvage.com has used 3.73s for $50

you need a tuner, i would recomend SCT from justin at vmptuning.com

and you need either a ford trash-lok or detroit true trac
