Just google some shops by typing in "mustang" and your area.

The shop that does my work is called Redline Automotive, they do specialty work on mustangs, camaros, t/a's etc...

I no longer live in VA (thank god!!) I honestly think that the whole automotive scene will be moving down to the south. A LOT of less restrictions down here.

im really honestly worried about emissions though. right now kansas doesnt have checks so i dont have to worry about it at all. i just want to put cats on for a little bit quieter sound..mainly for inside the car, and so if i do move or kansas changes the way they do things i will at least have a good chance of passing.
