D2D SHIFT?
it actually works ,when u hit about 4700 RPM,u gota time it then downshift to D2 and it gives u better acceleration then when u hit 5600 RPM again shift to D. You should accelerate really fast from 45 till u u hit like 60. Its a cheap upgrade lol
Well i still cant see what you all are talking about i gett better pull out of 12D then D2Devery one says it works but i cant get it to chirp it pulls hard 12d and i cant get a harder pull or a chirp out of the D2d method when some one from MD that knows how to do this give me a call this summer on ur way to OC and maybe we can cruise down their together i live right outside of cambridge and u can show me what the F*** im doing wrong

I read this thread in the library this morning at school and tried it on the way home. I was not expecting it to snap my passengers neck off....

there is nothing wrong with 1-2-D, it just doesnt firm up the 1-2 shift liek the D2D does

i tried out this method and i could not get it to chirp second either but my back did slide to the right . i was at like a 5 mph roll i punched it then when i saw it hit 4500 i timed it to where i would hit "2" at 4700 then when i threw the shifter down my rear end completely lost traction and it took about 4 or 5 ft before i finally caught then i waited till it hit 5000 and i shifted back into D am i doing it right? why did i lose traction i have some pretty wide back tires to catch the road.
