If I purchase underdrive pullies, how many come with it? Just the alternator and crank pully?

I'm confused because I thought there were about 4 or 5, do only these two get replaced or do some places sell all the pullies as a part of their package?

 

Depends where you get it from but usually it is just the crank pulley.
