ok guys...i am going to eb doing my springs here in a few hours...dies anyone have any good instructions or a tech link for me? i found some on the internet but they suck...help me...im desperate

mine hour and half, and i didnt have a spring compessor

how long did it take? did you have a spring compressor?
about an hour. little bit less. it is really easy to do. you dont need a spring compressor. i didnt use one. the back take almost no time at all to do. it is very very very easy to do the back and the front take a little bit of time. wheel, caliper, swaybar, srut. then gettin the damn spring out. you have to pry on it just a little bit but its not too hard.

yes you need to get your car aligned. or you well be buying new tires.
