Long tubes on an otherwise stock V6 do as much as LT's on an otherwise stock LS1 do: Absolutely nothing.

once FI is brought into the equation......oh yeah, lol

I hate to disagree with you..but its also wether ur running an offroad setup or a catted setup. That makes the biggest difference. MACS sound good when their matched up with a catted setup. However MACS sound like sh** when their on an offroad setup. Flowmasters sound like crap with a ccatback setup, on the otherhand they sound deep and nice on an offroad setup.

^ If all you have done is bolt ons, not a flash tuner or dyno tune, the stock manifolds will flow just as well as aftermarket shorties or LTs. There is no disagreeing. It might sound better. But you arent gonna see any performance out of the LTs over stock unless your car is producing more exhaust. Which if it's otherwise stock, like i said, it wont be.

you pick up a lot more from LTs than you would catback + midpipe. well, speaking from n/a GTs.

After listening to kraz3y's exhaust with the force flow's..omg i'm determined to get those now..they sound so good..there's nothing bad about them that i've heard so far..i just have a pypes o/r x-pipe, no cats, and mac exhuast and it sounds good till upper rpms..force's sound great throughout all rpms..so it sounds like in kraz3y's..does anyone here have force flow's with no cats and an o/r mid pipe?? im interested in seeing how good this will actually sound bc it sounds like a really good combination.
Edit:..sorry misspelled a word.

force flows are the same exact thing as flowmasters except half the price.
